Loose stones typically ship within 5–10 business days. Shipping time may vary depending on whether the stone is sourced domestically or internationally, availability, inspection, certification, and processing requirements.

Jewelry shipping times vary based on production time, design complexity, and any customization requested. Estimated timelines will be provided when available.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. All shipments are insured and may require an adult signature upon delivery.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, production delays, stone availability, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us immediately so we can assist with the carrier claim process.
