Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt for any damage or defects and contact us immediately so that we can make it right. Any damaged items must be returned within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Each customer is eligible for one free return each year. Any additional returns within that year will be subject to a $50 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

We offer a 14 day return window on loose diamonds and gemstones. You will have 14 days from the date you receive your stone to postmark a return.

To be eligible for return, the loose stone must be in the same condition as when it was received, be in the original packaging, and be completely unused. Any certificates and paperwork must be included. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us by email at returns@healeydiamonds.com.

When your return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label to print, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

You will be notified if your return is approved and accepted once it is received and inspected. Please allow 10 business days to process the refund.

Any custom jewelry or rings designed in the ring builder will not be eligible for return. Please ensure the correct size of your ring before purchasing.

Warranty and Care Policy

We do not currently offer a warranty on jewelry, loose diamonds, gemstones, or custom pieces. Our pricing is kept as low as possible, and warranty coverage is not included with purchase.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damage caused by daily wear, accidents, improper care, resizing, alterations, loss, theft, or work completed by another jeweler is not covered.

We highly recommend having jewelry inspected by a professional jeweler at least every six months to check for loose stones, prongs, clasps, or other issues caused by regular wear.
